I didn't receive new mails on Apple Mail or Outlook but I got them on my Gmail or mobile device? Why is this?

This is a programme error. Most likely a sync issue with Apple Mail & Microsoft Outlook. Apple has recognised this problem and has published a solution to solve this problem as mentioned here.

If you happen to experience this problem. Simply quit your favourite mail app (Apple Mail or Microsoft Outlook) and relaunch. This will forcefully re-establish the app's connection to the server and resolves other performance issues of the app. Do not repeatedly press the "Send/Receive" button on your mail app as this will attempt to make multiple connection attempts to the server, which might aggravate the sync process. Just let it do it's thing.
